Get Your Own ID All it takes to begin using
StatsDepot.Com is your own userid. To
obtain your userid, click the link located in the New Members section on the
Homepage. You will then be taken to a
page requesting that you enter required information, including your requested
username and password. Please
note: StatsDepot.Com uses this
information for the sole purpose of operating the system effectively and will
not sell or reveal any of this information to any third parties without
your consent. [top] Go To League Page From the Main page, you get
a listing of all the leagues you’re currently a member of. Simply click on the name of the league you
wish to access and you will be taken to the League Page of that league. [top] Join League To join a league that’s
already created, click the Join League link in the Activities section of the
main page. You are then taken to a page
that requests that you enter the ID and password of the league you want to
join. StatsDepot.Com requires that the
commissioner of the league give you the required ID and password before access
is granted. If you don’t know the ID
and password, you can request it from the league commissioner. If you don’t already know the league
commissioner of the league you’d like to join, you can search for the
league. From the Join League page,
click the link for searching leagues and you will be taken to a page requesting
the league type and the state abbreviation of the league. Once you’ve found the league you want to
join, select it and a mail will be sent to the registered commissioner
requesting the ID and password. It is
the responsibility of the league commissioner to grant you the necessary
access. [top] Create League When you create a league,
you automatically become the commissioner of that league. Thus, it is your responsibility to release
the id and password of the league to anyone you want to give access to. To create a league, click the Create League
link in the Activities section of the main page. You will then be taken to a page requesting you to enter the League
Name, Password, and League Type. Once
this information is entered and the Submit button is pressed, a League ID will
be generated by StatsDepot.Com and will be displayed to you along with the
verified password you entered. [top] Remove Self From League To remove yourself from a
league, click the Remove Self From League link in the Activities section of the
main page. You are then taken to a page
that allows you to select the league you want to be removed from. Select the league and press the OK button
and you will automatically be removed from that league. Please Note: If you are the commissioner of the league you remove yourself
from, then certain functions that can only be performed by the commissioner
will be unavailable to others currently joined to the league. If you’d like to change the commissioner,
please notify StatsDepot.Com and we’ll make the necessary modifications. [top] Go To Team Page From the League Page, click
the desired team name and you will be taken to that team’s page. [top] Add Team to League Only the league commissioner
is allowed to add teams to the league.
To add a team, click the Add Team link in the Commissioner Activities
section of the League Page. You are
then taken to a page requesting you to enter the team information. [top] Update League Information Only the league commissioner
is allowed to modify information about the league. To update league information, click the Update League Info link
in the Commissioner Activities section of the League Page. You are then taken to a page that displays
the current values. Make the desired
modifications and press the Change button. [top] Remove Team From League Only the league commissioner
is allowed to remove a team from the league.
Also, if any statistics have been entered for any of the players on a
team, that team can not be deleted. For
special conditions, please click on the Contact Us link at the top of any
page. To remove a team, click the
Remove Team From League link in the Commissioner Activities section of the
League Page. You are then taken to a
page where you can select the team.
Select the team you want to remove and press the OK button. [top] View all Categories of League Leaders Only the top 5 players in 6
categories of stats are displayed on the League Page. To view the top 10 in all categories, click the link at the end
of the stats in the League Leaders section of the League Page. If you’d like to see categories not listed,
please click on the Contact Us link at the top of any page. [top] Add Player to Roster Only the coach of the team
or the league commissioner is allowed to add a player to a team’s roster. To add a player to a team’s roster click the
Add link in the Roster section of the Team page. [top] Update Player Information Only the coach of the team
or the league commissioner is allowed to update player information. To update player information, click the Update
link at the end of the Roster section of the Team Page. [top] Delete Player from Roster Only the coach of the team
or the league commissioner is allowed to delete a player from a team’s roster. Also, you can’t delete a player for which
stats have been entered. For special
situations, click the Contact Us link at the top of any page. To delete a player from a team’s roster,
click the Delete link at the end of the Roster section of the Team Page. You are then taken to a page where you can
select the player you want to delete.
Select the player and press the OK button and the player will be deleted
if they’ve had no stats associated with them. [top] Add Game to Schedule Only the coach of the team
or the league commissioner is allowed to add a game to a team’s schedule. To add a game, click the Add link at the end
of the Schedule section of the Team Page. You are then taken to a page where you enter the desired
information and click the Submit button.
The game is displayed in the Schedule section in order of date. [top] Update Game Information Only the coach of the team
or the league commissioner is allowed to update information about a team’s
opponent. To update game information,
click the Update link at the end of the Schedule section of the Team Page. You are then taken to a page that allows you
to select the opponent you want to change.
Select the opponent, enter the desired changes and then click the Change
button. [top] Delete Game from Schedule Only the coach of the team or
the league commissioner is allowed to delete a game from a team’s
schedule. Also, an opponent can’t be
deleted from the schedule if stats have already been entered for that game. To
delete a game, click the Delete link at the end of the Schedule section of the
Team Page. You are then taken to a page
that allows you to select the opponent you want to delete. Select the opponent and click the OK button
and the game is deleted. [top] Update Team Information Only the coach of the team or
the league commissioner is allowed to update information about the team. To update team information, click the Update
link at the end of the Team Info section of the Team Page. You are then taken to a page that displays
the current values of all fields. Make
the desired changes and click the Update button. [top] Season Stats Leaders The top 5 players in 6 different
categories are displayed in the Season Stats Leaders section of the team
page. To view all categories, click the
link at the end of the Season Stats Leaders section of the team page. [top] Go To Player Stats Page Click the name of the
desired player to go to a page that displays game by game stats for that
player. [top] Go To Game Stats Page To view stats for a specific
game or to enter stats for a specific game, click the opponent name of the
game. You are then taken to a page that
lists all players currently on the roster.
If stats have been entered for this game and player, the stats will be
displayed in the appropriate columns.
To enter stats for a player or to modify stats already entered for a
player, click the name of the player. This
results in a page being displayed for you to either enter stats or modify
existing stats. After entering or
modifying the stats, click the submit button.
This results in the values entered being checked for errors. If errors exist, a page will be displayed
that describes the error found. Press
your browser’s Back button and make the specified changes. If no data is in error, the Game Stats page
is displayed. Repeat for all players
who played in this game. Please click
